Host of Soul In The City for the last 7 years, Janine Johnson, as well as being a rising solo artist on the Jazz/Soul music scene, she is a lead vocalist with the Westcoast Soulstars, Cool Million and Urban Voices Collective. She works internationally with her Soul Diva shows and regularly in the music industry as a backing vocalist and session singer. Her collaborations include: Ian Shaw, Paloma Faith, Bobby McFerrin, Cool Million, Take That, George Michael, Ray Davies, The Who, Kaiser Chiefs, Sarah Jane Morris, David Arnold and the list continues.

Louise is one part of the writing team Soulutions. Alongside her writing partner Steve Lee, this pair have worked and performed together for over 20 years but In 2014 the Soulutions were brought to the forefront with their hit track “Listen which stayed at number 1 in the Soul Charts for 4 consecutive weeks. 8 years on and 4 number 1 albums later, the Solutions continue to make chart topping hits and share the stage with heavyweights of Soul music like: Shalamar, Shakatak and more.
